Privy take advantage of this field, causes a person to strive for the unattainable and dry him completely. But on the other hand, the day-to-day affairs of postponing until later (procrastination), lounging on the couch and justifying your behavior by any reasons, a person gets in an even more bad pattern of behavior. In this article, I will give examples of standards and evidence that the rule will be located between the two aforementioned stances.

Then the next thing you know, you graduate and start working, you realize that time is money. No matter where you go, no matter who it is, they seem to place the emphasis on the value of time vs money. Is there something missing from the equation here? Why is everyone either chasing time or money? Is that really the meaning of life? Is that what everyone wants at the end of the day? Man catches imbalance, he begins to accelerate life to get, as he thinks, more out of life. And, naturally rapidly burns primarily burnt his health. The body cannot withstand intense physical and psychological stress, shock without the rest period. Other people choose the slowly path, maybe even a retreat, but as you know this behavior hits the duration and quality of life even more. And again about the norm, the norm that will allow you to maintain a healthy body and do not regret for too much spent energy and health.
The current economic model is a parasite on the feeling that happiness is already waiting for us the next corner. And this happiness we can get only from a possession of money, things, status. But it was not there. The process of obtaining (update) of the money, things status - is infinite, as “the corner happiness”. Thus, ghost of happiness, imposed upon us by unnatural needs, killing our bodies, our minds, our planet. But happiness is always near, we just do not notice it. It is in our families, friends, at work, in hobbies, in knowledge, in the mind.
     "
Better less, But Better," "Make a fool to pray to God, he hurt his forehead", " comprehend the immensity," etc. All these proverbs lead to one thought. To realize all methods for achieving the ideal = utopia. For the second part of the equation has changed with the "utopia" to "easy", replace "all" to "needed" and "ideal" to "normal". Maybe laziness (physical laziness), given us for, while the physical body is resting, a person could be alone with himself. We do not improve our minds*, by reason of lack of time behind all the "troubles".

The balance between work and life. Not all of us are rentiers. But do not envy. Firstly, envy corrodes the mind and body. Secondly, "the rich also cry." A person cannot get enough, a person cannot stop, try to check it out for yourself, or analyze your life and you will understand what I mean. This is a race where the finish line is simply death. Life in this race - not life, but simply the existence of empty and meaningless. Try attitude to a material thing how to be the one who wants what you already have. But do not use this attitude to non-material. On the other hand, do not let life take its course. Live consciously. Consciously participate in family & friends life. Select goals and success parameters not from the TV, but from your own head.
Society forces us to chase the illusion of success. So we fall into the trap like in the squirrel wheel. We running and running, trying to succeed everywhere, but lacks time anyway. Try to understand, it is impossible to achieve success in all aspects. But of course, it does not mean that now you can lie down on the sofa and do nothing. Just much better to stay in blissful peace of mind than constantly beating yourself up for failures. Life is a game.

The jar of life – Stones, pebbles and sand. One sadhu pulled out a big glass jar and gently placed it in front of him. Next, he pulled out from under the table a bag of stones, each the size of a tennis ball, and placed the stones one by one in the jar. He did so until there was no room to add another stone in the jar. Lifting his gaze to the students, the sadhu asked, “Is the jar full?” The students replied, “Yes”. Once again, he reached under the table and pulled out a bag full of pebbles. Carefully, the sadhu poured the pebbles in and slightly rattled the jar, allowing the pebbles to slip through the larger stones, until they settled at the bottom. Again, the sadhu lifted his gaze to his audience and asked, “Is the jar full?” The students replied, “Yes”. The old sadhu, now pulling out a bag of sand from under the table. Cautiously, the sadhu poured the sand into the jar. The sand filled up the spaces between the stones and the pebbles. Yet again, the sadhu asked, “Is the jar full?” The students replied, “Yes”. Now the sadhu reached for the pitcher of water that was on the table, and poured water in the jar until it was absolutely full. The sadhu now lifted his gaze once again and asked, “What great truth can we surmise from this experiment? We learn that as full as our schedules may appear, if we only increase our effort, it is always possible to add more meetings and tasks. No, replied the sadhu. The great truth that we can conclude from this experiment is: If we don’t put all the larger stones in the jar first, we will never be able to fit all of them later. What are the large stones in your life? Health? Family? Friends? Your goals? Doing what you love? Fighting for a Cause? Taking time for yourself? What we must remember is that it is most important to include the lager stones in our lives, because if we don’t do so, we are likely to miss out on life altogether. If we give priority to the smaller things in life (pebbles & sand), our lives will be filled up with less important things, leaving little or no time for the things in our lives that are most important to us. Because of this, never forget to ask yourself, what are the Large Stones in your Life? And once you identify them, be sure to put them first in your “Jar of Life”.

About productivity. In that study, people who worked 55 hours or more per week were 13 percent more likely to develop heart disease than those who worked the standard 35 to 40 hours a week. It found that those who worked 55 hours or more a week were one-third more likely to suffer a stroke than those who worked the standard number of hours. And the longer hour’s people worked, the higher their stroke risk, the study found. Compared to those who worked a standard number of hours per week, the risk of stroke was 10 percent higher among those who worked 41 to 48 hours and 27 percent higher among those who worked 49 to 54 hours. (medportal*, webmd*, nytimes*, forbes*)

Below are the reasons on what is wrong with productivity.

 - Our obsession with productivity is heavily tied to the American dream. We work hard so that we can buy the things we want, live comfortably, and hopefully, have the freedom to enjoy life later on in life. Writing about this actually reminds me of one thing my Dad said to me since I was little,

 - "There's no such thing as complete freedom. If you want to have financial freedom, then you lose your physical freedom. If you want to have physical freedom, then you lose financial freedom. But remember to never tie your happiness to success and vice versa." Most people fall into this trap. They work so hard that they don't have time to enjoy life. They become stressed and sometimes depressed because they have such a high expectation of themselves. They work so hard in their 30s that they either burn out by their 40s or they get very sick that being alive becomes a huge blessing -- let alone trying to enjoy life and have fun. They spent most of their professional life gathering wealth only to end up using it to pay for hospital bills.

"The most dangerous risk of all -- the risk of spending your life not doing what you want on the bet you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later." - Randy Komisar, Monk and the Riddle: The Education of a Silicon Valley Entrepreneur

 - We have to learn to say no. Don't take all the work you can because of the opportunities or money. Opportunities will always come around. Your mental health won't. You have to take your health as priority. It's not worth feeling stressed and overwhelmed when you can slow down, have more time to think more clearly, and do better work as a result. "People think focus means saying yes to the thing you've got to focus on. But that's not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully. I'm actually as proud of the things we haven't done as the things I have done. Innovation is saying no to 1,000 things."- Steve Jobs

 - At the end of the day, no matter what we do, no matter what we try to achieve in life, we want to feel joy and be happy. Success means nothing without those you love around you. Wealth means nothing without good health. Cherish those and make the most of your life. Remember - never get too busy with life that you forget to live. (huffingtonpost*)

 - Where the race, there is aggression and anger - a cause of early mortality, the researchers from Iowa State University discovered. Happiness as a way to boost productivity seems to have gained increased traction in corporate circles as of late. Firms spend money on happiness coaches, team-building exercises, gameplays, funsultants, and Chief Happiness Officers, but happiness can achieve in the workplace are mere myths. Happiness is a convenient idea that looks good on paper (the aesthetic part). But it's also an idea that helps us shy away from more serious issues at work, such as conflicts and workplace politics (the ideological part). But in fact you are deeply unhappy. And this is beneficial to the global economy of the world! you Are unhappy - so you want something more, like neighbor or in advertising, and then you will always work for the fashion industry, for the pharmacy, etc. To tire out your health for cheat, even before your reach retirement - the benefit to the economy again.

Research on the topic: the lead author, Sadie H. Conway, an assistant sadhu at the University of Texas School of Public Health: Compared with working 45 hours a week, working 55 hours increased the risk by 16 percent, 60 hours by 35 percent, 65 hours by 52 percent, and 70 hours by 74 percent. Working 75 hours or more doubled the risk for a cardiovascular problem — angina, coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke or heart attack. (lww*)

Researchers from the Harvard Business School and Stanford University: that having an overly demanding job makes you 35% more likely to have a physician-diagnosed illness.

Don’t Lying To Yourself, one person’s dream job can be another person’s hell. Just because you make a big salary and have a big staff doesn’t mean you are doing what you want to do.(forbes*)

All that I and many others wrote, mostly nice, but not necessary to perform each one. Example – there is the task for you to do 100 action to achieve the ideal, but it is difficult both physically and psychologically, requires time and effort. Or to do 0 action to achieve nothing, even though it is easy both physically and psychologically, does not require time and effort. I advise you to choose the middle (here it is - the truth somewhere in the middle*). Do 50 action to achieve normal, let it be medium, both physically and psychologically, does not require a lot of time and effort, and most importantly – it will be satisfies you physical and moral but not drain of all strength. Viva harmony, norm, nzen! And do not forget that all people are unique. In the aggregate - the positive effect will be higher exactly in the average expense of psychology energy.
