  • Alkalization

         Still, there is a dispute about this. And alkalization is different: using natural alkaline foods and aggressive - soda intake.   • Blood-type diet

         Prospective studies fail to find benefits in kidney function or all-cause mortality when healthy people increase their fluid intake. Randomized controlled trials fail to find benefits as well, with the exception of specific cases — for example, preventing the recurrence of some kinds of kidney stones .
         Anyway, Plain water is better than a drink, if we speak about sweet drinks.

  • Microwave

         The Harvard Health Letter recently concluded that microwaving may be preferable* to other methods of heating food. The cooking method that best retains nutrients is one that cooks quickly, heats food for the shortest amount of time and uses as little liquid as possible. 1 The Russian Academy of Sciences concluded*that cooking on the plate is decomposed up to 60% of vitamin C, and under the influence of microwaves - 25%. WHO in 2015 concluded* that microwave oven influence does not adversely affect for human or food. Make a simple experiment: put the mobile phone in a microwave, close the door (do not turn the microwave!), the signal level of Wi-Fi network or the mobile signal must be strongly reduced or even completely disappear.
         In any case, the choice is yours.

  • Probiotics

         There was no difference between treatment with fermented milk containing probiotics or acidified milk.(ncbi) Most manufacturers do not measure how much beneficial bacteria contained in each package. In addition, they make no effort to keep the bacteria "alive", as stated in the advertisement*.
