In childhood a person considers himself the center of the universe and the starting point of all, a child often is not able to abstract from such system of coordinates. In early childhood, a person cannot even aware that a world existing outside his (the child's) perception. However, it goes with age. The next step is to learn to abstract from the point of perception (assemblies), learn objectively and globally to perceive and appreciate the world.

     (Warning: this article discusses the topic, the wrong interpretation of which, can conflict with ethical and legal norms. This topic was recommended for informational use only, as “food for thought”, but not direct recommendations for action.)

     The desire to change of consciousness (or change the perception of reality, a point of consciousness), inherent for human for various reasons and is carried out through different ways. For millennia, people invented various methods to enter into an altered state of consciousness (ASC). This was before "birth" of science and continues to this day. People engaged in self-flagellation, took a variety of plants, have not slept for days, were in a trance to the sound of music and done weirder things. Omitting all other causes, focus on the conscious, reasonable needs of the individual for such a "procedure". One justification may be the need for resolving issues which cannot be solved by the current paradigm of consciousness. In this case, shift the point of perception of reality, is a way to solve the problem through revised the essence of the problem and the other understanding of it.
     To rich the effect of the expansion of consciousness, it is possible by methods of meditation or a similar type of work with consciousness, but in any case, this path is not a solution to the issue here and now, it requires a long work, with great effort, that does not suit the majority of people which used to live, using ready-made, readily available, simple solutions.
     Drugs, e.g. alcohol is not a helper in this matter since alcohol is not conducive to the clear and precise perception of reality but merely envelops the consciousness, put it in a soft, sticky, foggy environment. The shift of the assemblage point does not occur, but there is only a selective exacerbation of certain feelings, and this occurs alternately and these feelings are not always positive. But to our target requires just the opposite effect. In addition, such mechanism of change of consciousness is in contradiction to the main goal of the evolution of consciousness – attain the state of transcendental consciousness. Because, by definition, transcendental consciousness excludes any dependence of biochemical processes and mechanisms. This comment also applies to the "Pharmaceutical method".

     The meditative method.
     The transition to the state of meditation does not have any clear and versatile instructions, due to the specificity of the individual psychology. However, one of the most commonly applicable methods for the transition is the countdown. Countdown helps you focus, helps relax body muscles and reduce the frequency of the nervous system to the necessary "corrective" mode.
     The achievement of ASC or its strengthening, during the meditative method, is boosting the sensory deprivation – a condition in which restricted the flow of sensory information from the outside. There are partial sensory deprivation (e.g., the blindfold - disabling only vision, or the same action with any other channels of perception) and complete sensory deprivation when any sensory information from the outside is not received at all.
     The first step in sensory deprivation - to limit the flow of ideas, because it captures you completely in the absence of other stimuli. In other words, at the same time relax the body and concentrate. At that concentrate for nothingness, on the blank. Then the barrier of consciousness is gradually weakened, and the mind begins to penetrate the stream of the subconscious and the unconscious.
     The second stage is the practice of inner silent (inner silence). To achieve this state required even not to tell yourself that you not saying anything.
     Contraindications: epilepsy, mental illness, hyperventilating.

     Physiological method.
     Basically, our behavior operated by the left hemisphere, this is because we live in a society of rules, instructions, clear timetables and limits. The right hemisphere of our brain is responsible for the creative side of our personality. And sometimes, to resolve any current problems, it is useful to look at the world through "other eyes".

     Test for indicating an active hemisphere
- squeeze palm in front of you, now interlace your fingers and notice the thumb of a hand was on top;
- clap your hands, note which hand is on top;
- fold your arms across your chest, note the hand is above;
- note direction the girl is spinning (clockwise – left hemisphere, against - right)

       iwddgs

     Activate the inactive hemisphere.
- increase of workload, which focused for inactive hemisphere(the left hemisphere is a logical task, for the right hemisphere – drawing, music, etc.);
- maximum use the side of the body controlled by the hemisphere (left hemisphere controls the right side of the body, right - left).

     Exercises: (possible to include in the meditation):
1. Take for the tip of the nose by a left hand, and the opposite ear by the right hand. Simultaneously release the ear and nose, clap your hands, change the position of the hands exactly the opposite.
2. Draw with both hands simultaneously mirror-symmetrical drawings, letters. When a simultaneous operation of both hemispheres improves the efficiency of the entire brain.
3. Alternately and quickly join the fingers, connecting into the ring with thumb: forefinger, middle finger, ring finger, pinky finger.
4. The exercise is performed in sequence from the first letter to the last, then from the last letter to first. The top letter is spoken, and the bottom means the movement of the hands: L - left hand, R-right hand, B-both hands.

6. to raise eyes under the forehead to 20% increases the work of the right hemisphere.

7. Holotropic breathing. Warning: dangerous to health and the nervous system.

     Pharmaceutical method.
     One way to shift the "assemblage point" is a way of changing of the regular background chemistry of the nervous system. The method is also known as psychopharmacology. Psychopharmacology is a branch of pharmacology dedicated to the study of the effect of drugs on higher nervous activity.
     Important: As with any serious interference in the work of the body, this method requires the advice of a doctor.

*the stated dose refers to the active ingredient and has individual character.

1The phenyl group easily passes through the blood-brain barrier (firewall of the brain) and pulls all that attached to it, contributes to the production of happiness hormones and is a mild stimulant.

3GABA - Gamma-aminobutyric acid, an important braking neurotransmitter of the Central nervous system. The brake is not so bad, this neurotransmitter helps to filter the flow of information from the outside, without him we would have gone mad from the avalanche of noise.

9:adrenaline (the excitement, the expansion of the blood vessels of the brain);
serotonin (happiness, euphoria);
norepinephrine (controlled explosive power);
dopamine (pleasure).

10Caffeine acts immediately for about 20-25 minutes, found in green, black tea, energy drinks, and coffee, but coffee also contains theobromine, which lowers blood pressure and soothes. Caffeine is also the assistant of motivation12.

11Natural antidepressant (sedative).

12Motivation is more a psychological notion than pharmacological. The pharmacological (external) stimulator of motivation is a supporter (strong supporter) than the root cause.
