1. Wait quietly for 5 minutes.

2. Count the pulse for 10 seconds.

3. During 1.5 minutes make 20 bend of the trunk forward - down (exhalation during tilt, breath during straightening).

4. Immediately after the gymnastic, count the pulse for 10 seconds again.

5. Wait quietly for 1 minute, count the pulse for 10 seconds the last one.
